Experience Log

Keeping track of your experiences as a pre-med student is very important. Doing so early, and often, will make the transfer of information to your AMCAS application much simpler. Feel free to download and use the template below to log your experiences. These are the categories as they will be listed on the AMCAS application. The file is a Word document so you can edit it and make it your own. You may need to add spaces for more experiences in certain categories or remove categories altogether if they don’t apply to you!
